Luxury Trails Tourism is a tour operator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These terms govern tours and tickets booked through this website.

By completing a booking you confirm you have read and accepted these terms on behalf of everyone in your party.

Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — we add no booking fees or card surcharges.

Payment is taken in full at the time of booking through our payment provider. We do not store your card details at any point.

A booking is confirmed only once payment has succeeded and we have sent a confirmation email containing your booking reference. Until then, seats are held but not reserved.

If a payment succeeds but we cannot deliver the tour you booked, we will contact you to move the date or refund you in full.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your pickup time — full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

The 24-hour window is measured against your scheduled pickup time, in Gulf Standard Time (GST, UTC+4).

Refunds are returned to the card used for payment and typically appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

If we cancel a tour — for weather, safety, vehicle failure, or any other reason — you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund, whichever you prefer. This applies regardless of how close to departure the cancellation happens.

No-shows are treated as cancellations within 24 hours and are not refundable.

Pickup times shown are windows, not exact times. Dubai traffic and multiple hotel collections mean we may arrive at any point within the stated window.

Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the start of your pickup window and keep the phone number you gave us reachable.

If we cannot reach you and you are not at the pickup point, we will wait where it is safe to do so, but may have to depart to keep the tour running for other guests. This counts as a no-show.

Itineraries and the order of stops may change due to traffic, weather, prayer times, public holidays, or venue closures. We will always aim to deliver every stop listed.

Please tell us at the time of booking about pregnancy, back or neck conditions, heart conditions, reduced mobility, or any medical issue affecting participation — particularly for desert safaris and dune buggy tours, which involve rough terrain.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Age limits stated on individual tour pages apply.

You are responsible for your own passports, visas, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation and medical treatment.

We may refuse participation, without refund, to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving in a way that puts themselves or others at risk.

We take reasonable care in arranging and delivering our tours, and work with licensed, insured suppliers.

We are not liable for loss, damage, delay, or injury caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather, road closures, government action, or the acts of third parties.

Personal belongings remain your responsibility throughout. Please do not leave valuables in vehicles.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
