Privacy Policy

When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, pickup location, and any flight number or special requests you give us.

We also record which tour you booked, for which date, and the amount paid.

We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider, who sends us only a confirmation that payment succeeded.

Your name and contact details let your driver find you and reach you on the day.

Your email address is used to send your booking confirmation, voucher, and any changes to your tour.

Your pickup location and flight number let us plan the route and timing.

We keep booking records to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

We share the minimum necessary with the suppliers delivering your tour — typically your driver and guide, and the camp or attraction you are visiting.

We use third-party services to run this website: a payment provider to take payment, an email provider to send confirmations, and a database and hosting provider to store bookings securely.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet UAE accounting requirements, then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner, unless we are required to keep them for tax or legal reasons.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email luxurytrailstourism@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. You can block this with your browser settings or an ad blocker; the site works normally either way.
