Yes — prices are shown in AED on each tour page and on our /pricing page. Our packages are built to avoid surprise camp or ticket add-ons; anything not included (personal expenses, optional tickets, tips) is listed under What’s not included. Confirm your exact quote on WhatsApp before paying.
Yes. Most tours include hotel pickup and drop-off in Dubai. Share your hotel name when booking so we can confirm the pickup window. Pickup times vary by tour — for example, evening desert safari is typically 3:00–3:30 PM.
Yes. We are a DTCM-licensed Dubai travel agency and work with licensed guides. We do not use uncertified street brokers for your tour.
Yes. Private options are available for city tours, desert safari, and several day trips. You get a dedicated vehicle and more flexible pacing — ideal for couples, families, and small groups. Ask on WhatsApp for a private quote.
Yes, for children aged 3 and above. Children under 3 travel free sharing an adult seat and should skip dune bashing. Ages 3–7 usually enjoy camel rides, gentle sandboarding, and camp activities; full dune bashing suits kids about 8+. Tell us ages when booking. Pregnant guests or anyone with back issues should choose a softer camp-focused option.
Wear light, breathable clothes, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Bring a light jacket for cooler evenings from October to April. Modest clothing is appreciated at the Bedouin camp. Avoid all-white outfits — sand shows easily.
Sometimes — message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability. Booking 24–48 hours ahead is safer, especially in peak season (November–March) and on weekends.
Policies can vary by tour and timing. Contact us as soon as your plans change. Same-day cancellations and no-shows may not be refundable. We will confirm the exact terms for your booking when you reserve.
Yes. Our full-day Abu Dhabi city tour runs about 12 hours from Dubai hotels (from AED 200 per person) and typically includes Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and other city highlights with a licensed guide. Theme parks on Yas Island are usually best as a separate day.
Book a half-day (6 hours, from AED 100) for layovers or light sightseeing. Book a full-day (12 hours, from AED 150) if it is your first visit and you want Old Dubai plus modern landmarks at a relaxed pace.
